Something sinister is going on in our country, something evil and cunning. A puzzle has been set before us and many Americans are going blithely about their everyday lives. However, there are many more who have awakened to the fact that we, as a country, may be facing hard times ahead. The puzzle is coming together rather quickly now and we can only guess what the final picture will be.
Why is our military, the greatest in the world, being dismantled? Why have so many army generals been fired or retired? The U.S. Navy has been ordered to dock their five nuclear capable ships together, why? Violent terrorists have been released from Gitmo to once again wage war against Christians and Jews. Why is Iran being given ever more time to achieve their goal of nuclear capability? Why can Muslim prayers be heard in our universities when Christian prayers have been outlawed? Why? As Judeo and Christian values diminish, Islam is making inroads in our society.
All of this activity has increasingly become a great puzzle for those who don’t know Bible prophecy. They don’t know what to make of our political system, increasing crime, and national unrest. Many attribute it to being a phase, hoping that things will soon return to normal. But they couldn’t be more wrong. This fearful phenomenon will only increase. The Bible says so.
At the same time more and more people will embrace Christianity (one last great revival?) as the end of the Christian era approaches. Also, at the same time, many who have been fence straddlers and carnal Christians will fall away. The once grey areas of our culture are fast becoming better defined, as the good becomes better and the bad becomes worse. This is all found in prophetic Scripture.
Benjamin Netanyahu, our one and only ally in the Middle East, even has to come in through a back door to address Congress. Everyone knows he is despised by the Obama Administration, so did he have any choice? The poor man is carrying the weight of his country on his shoulders. His voice and the cries of persecuted Jews and dying Christians everywhere are falling on deaf ears. We must hear him out. Our country is a big piece of the greatest evil puzzle ever. When this piece falls into place the world is doomed. Christians who make up this great nation are the only ones holding things together. When we leave in the Rapture all hell will break loose.
With the smaller but not insignificant pieces appearing from out of nowhere, the book of Revelation is not so hard to interpret anymore as we begin to put these pieces of the puzzle together. It seems that Satan, our mortal enemy, has been let loose to deceive and destroy our Christian nation and the world at large, just as depicted in Revelation chapter six. The Christians who have been beheaded in other countries are crying out, “How much longer will this go on?” Jesus replies, “a little while longer.” Even as we speak, many Christians are being slaughtered and beheaded all over the world and they could be the ones asking.
A one world religion is being proposed by prominent Christian leaders. These apostate people refer to it as Chrislam, a marriage of Christianity and Islam. But it’s just a rouse. These two faiths are incompatible. Jesus is about love and caring and the other about hate and destruction. Don’t for one minute think that Islam is going to embrace this silly religion. When the time is right, they will take over completely.
Ah, but how about the four horses of the Apocalypse? That’s yet another part of the puzzle. Has the rider of the first white horse of death galloped onto the scene, bringing wars and rumors of war with him? Are we beginning to see the beginning of the end? Jesus said, “There will be earthquakes in various places, signs and wonders and portents (warnings) in the sky and distress of nations.” There is unprecedented turmoil on the earth like never before. Jesus said, “When you see these things begin to happen, look up, for your redemption draws nigh.”
This could mean that the Rapture of the church is imminent, right at the very door. Let’s hope that is the case. If not, then we could very well be next to suffer persecution and maybe even death. Some asked for it, they asked to be free from the constraints of God set forth in the Holy Scriptures and asked for change. It’s beginning to look like we only hurried things along by wanting God out of our lives.
As we should all know by now, many predictions of the prophets of God have already come to pass. That is, except those too lazy or apathetic to study the prophetic words in the Bible. Unless you truly care about and believe what these writers have to say, you will never see the pieces of the puzzle coming together. Unless the Holy Spirit guides you and opens your eyes to see these things, you can’t even begin to understand. That is why the world at large can’t make sense of this great and alarming puzzle.
There is a prerequisite for having true spiritual insight into the Scriptures and that prerequisite only comes with true repentance and receiving Jesus Christ as Redeemer and Lord of your life. Only then can Christ send you the Holy Spirit who will reveal these truths to you.
This awesome, bewildering and fearful puzzle is coming together only because of our rejection of God and His Christ. On the flip side are those who do understand and are going about warning and compelling others to also repent and come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and here is what the Holy Scriptures says about them,
Daniel 11 says, “But the people who know their God shall be strong and carry out great exploits. And those of the people who understand shall instruct many.” In Daniel 12 it says, “Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.”
By the way, it seems that Christian movies are once again on the wane. It could be that there are not enough Christians willing or able to use this powerful medium to warn, compel, or convict the general public of their need for Christ. This is my agenda. So what else is new.
