Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived in Washington D.C. and the “King of Kings” prepared the “King of Israel” to deliver a sobering message and warning to the nations.
On the eve of Purim, the U.S. Congress, indeed the entire world, received what I believe is probably the most important message of our life time.
The apocalyptic leaders of Iran have been biding their time for years with diplomacy, all the while, preparing a nuclear arsenal with the intention of killing millions of people and wiping Israel off of the world’s map.
Netanyahu’s broadcast is a final warning to the modern world of the massive dangers of making a “deal with the devil.”
When he stood before Congress, it just so happens to also be the day before the Feast of Esther, which was a time some 2300 years ago when the same nation of Persia/Iran, planned to destroy the Jewish people and the nation of Israel. The celebration of Purim on March 4, is the day Israel achieved a great victory over Iran.
The significance of the timing of this invitation, the timing of the speech, and the content of the Bibi’s speech, couldn’t be sending a clearer message from the God of heaven to the people of the earth.
Just like God moved and used a Jewish girl, Esther, to warn of the plans of Persia to exterminate the Jews, He is moving once again, and this time has chosen a Jewish man, Netanyahu, to warn of the same plans of Iran to annihilate the Jewish people.
This is a time of great testing for both Israel and the world and our own nation will be judged depending on how it acts in this critical moment.
As a March deadline for a nuclear deal quickly approaches, on one side stands Barack Obama, trying to champion a “deal with the devil” and on the other side, Benjamin Netanyahu, his most vocal opponent to the deal.
Obama’s lack of regard for our closest historic, ally, Israel—while attempting to build a relationship with longstanding enemy, Iran, has led to clear and evident hostilities and Obama and his administration have been slinging a lot of mud at the prime minister.
Now is a good time to remind everyone, that the great “I AM” has a foreign policy and it’s short and very clear…”I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you” (Genesis 12:3).
The future and survival of the United States is tied directly to how we act right now, and by what I have been seeing, it doesn’t look good.
The U.S. president has been undermining Israel and Netanyahu at every intersection and this steadfast cursing of God’s Chosen People means that God will do what He says He will do— curse our nation. We are on a collision course with disaster and it will done on the basis of those who support Israel and those who do not.
“All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left” (Matthew 25:32-33).
“And so it came to pass that the people rose up and declared to the Prime Minister of Israel, ‘O mighty minister of Israel, go now, even on the eve of Purim, March 3, 2015, and speak to that man in the White House. Remind him once again of the plots and plans of that evil tyrant of Tehran. Tell him, O minister, of his devises to bring devastation, annihilation and destruction upon the Jewish people in all the lands that they dwell.”
My hope and prayer is that you listened when he spoke because it is something the whole world needed to hear.
“A clamor has come to the end of the earth, because the Lord has a controversy with the nations. He is entering into judgment with all flesh; as for the wicked, He has given them to the sword,’ declares the Lord.” Thus says the Lord of hosts, behold, evil is going forth from nation to nation, and a great storm is being stirred up from the remotest parts of the earth” (Jeremiah 25:31-32).
God Bless,
Bobby
