Bad News Prayer List

I’ve got two bad news announcements to make in this Prayer List #16. The first is: this is my second attempt at posting #16. I had the first one complete and ready to submit to Rapture Ready (RR) for posting when, all of a sudden, the whole article disappeared off of my screen and also from my computer’s memory. I’m “computer stupid,” but my daughter and her husband are pretty smart and quick in those matters. But they searched and pushed buttons to no avail. My article was gone to never-never land forever. It couldn’t and wouldn’t be retrieved.

So this #16 is an attempt at me reconstructing the original #16 using my weak, fading and dwindling memory, a handful of scribblings on notes I’ve taken, and my email memory bank in which a few have been deleted. So all the prayers you’ve submitted might not be in this #16. And then I might have repeated a couple from last issue #15. But I’m doing my best with what I’ve got to work with!

So I am requesting that, if you don’t find your prayer request in this #16, please submit it again and I will get it into #17.

I’m sure all of you know that God has seen every letter and word of prayer I wrote in the original #16, so your prayers are known by God completely. What is missing is the prayer warriors from all around the world who would have read those prayers on the RR website. I don’t want those faithful prayer warriors to be robbed of their chances to offer up prayer on your behalf. I’m sure Satan had a hand in my losing the original #16, but no matter. This is my back-up #16. In your face, Satan!

My second Bad News report concerns #15 in which I went to great length announcing a worldwide prayer expansion by those who receive a church bulletin with prayer requests enclosed. I asked that you email those bulletins to me so I could include those names in these upcoming Prayer Request articles. It is simple and easy to do.

Guess what? I didn’t receive one single cotton-picking church bulletin from all over this large world of 7.7 BILLION people! I don’t want to think the remnant Church of Jesus Christ has grown lazy and given up on prayer to the All-Mighty? Or maybe the apostasy and the end-times falling-away is much greater than what I believed? Say it isn’t so!

Let’s try it again, folks! Please get me lists of names of people needing prayer. They don’t need to be just family or friends. And it needn’t be health or salvation needs. Also include marriage difficulty, gender confusion, financial woes, seeking employment, etc., and a host of other needs.

One response I got was the church didn’t have the individuals’ permission to use their names? That knocked my sock off (I only have one leg, thus the word “sock” is singular!) Like God doesn’t know everyone’s name already? And I can’t picture anyone requesting prayer anonymously? Their name has already appeared in an open church bulletin? Are their prayer needs a secret?

Include all people and situations in need of prayer. Period.

Christian followers and believers in God who disobey His commands are sinning. Granted, all of your sins are forgiven at the foot of the Cross, but yet it is sin and disobedience just the same.

God commands us in the Bible, “Do not be afraid,” a total of 365 times. It isn’t a suggestion but rather a command directly from God Himself. If you fear over your prayer requests not being fulfilled and answered, you are not trusting God to answer your prayers in His time and within His plan for you.

Besides your sin of disobedience in fearing, you are also disobeying another command by Jesus Himself:

“If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:14-15).

I received a letter in the mail from Shonda Jones, a 46-year-old single mother of three grown children with one grandchild, whose heart is grieving over the lost and unbelieving state of her children.

Shonda is a strong believer looking forward to the rapture and follows the RR website regularly. She lives in western Georgia and grew up in a church that taught a prosperity gospel. She escaped all of that, but her family has nothing to do with her now after they found out she voted for Donald J. Trump for President in 2016.

Shonda is requesting prayer for her lost family. One son is Calah White (age 25) who claims to be bi-sexual. Another son is Caleb White (age 25) who is locked up in a Chicago jail. Her daughter is Dasia Jones (age 22) who has a 2-year-old daughter named Wylah Jones, whom Dasia refuses Shonda with any contact at all.

I pray the Lord raptures every child under His ‘age of accountability,’ including all in the womb – to confirm His sovereignty and almighty powers, and shame those who distort the truth to justify carte blanc abortions, even infanticide…

But I digress…. What about BEFORE the rapture?!

Jesus Himself gave us and his apostles the best lesson on how to have effective prayer to the Father. And always remember that in all prayers to the Father, always pray in the Name of His Son Jesus.

“That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

“For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses” (Matthew 6:14-15).

We are presently living in a time when the D.C. swamp is in a full-fledged attempted coup against a duly elected President of the USA, using Satan-inspired lies like impeachment, cover-up’s, Russian collusion, etc. Our president and his family, cabinet, staff and administration need our daily prayers to give President Trump the spiritual and physical strength plus the guidance to follow God’s Will in the leadership position God placed him. President Trump cannot succeed without God, and that won’t happen without an avalanche of daily prayer from prayer warriors.

Prayer warriors in other countries outside the USA must realize that Trump’s successes here in the USA many times have a positive effect elsewhere around the world.

Also, there are many world countries who have weak, evil and satanically-led leadership that needs changing. Pray that these countries will be blessed with their own Donald Trump-type of leadership.

Pray for all of the good Catholic persons and families that are trapped in false teachings, many since childhood, that teach and insist that they follow teachings not found in God’s Holy Words of the Bible. Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven:

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).

True Christians are not to pray to statues, pictures, images, saints, popes (living and dead), Mary and others included in God’s creation, thus violating the first of God’s ten commandments:

“And God spake all these words, saying, I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments” (Exodus 20:1-6)

Mary herself admitted to being a sinner and needed a Savior, namely her son Jesus Christ:

“And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord. And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Savior. [Only sinners need a Savior. Mary was a sinner. Jesus is God and forgives sin].

“For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name. And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation” (Luke 1:45-50; emphasis mine).

Their church teaches them to say rosaries (beads) in which 53 of the prayers are “Hail Mary’s.” They also falsely teach that Mary is a mediator between them and God (they also teach the priests hearing confession are mediators. Many, many mediators outside of God’s Word), but God commands that the Son is the only mediator. You confess your sins directly to Jesus in one-on-one prayer:

“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5; emphasis mine).

This same church also falsely teaches Mary was “forever a virgin,” but God says in His Perfect Word that Jesus (her oldest child) was born of a virgin but Jesus had four half-brothers and “sisters” (plural) by her husband Joseph:

“Is not this the carpenter’s son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?” (Matthew 13:55-56. Also see Mark 6:3 for a near repeat).

Catholics urgently need the prayers of worldwide prayer warriors so that they will come to believe the complete, whole truth in God’s Word in the Bible.

I appreciate all you do for us, which includes prayers and actions.

My husband, Glen Shreve, has lung and liver cancer, plus numerous other health issues. He has about 3-6 months left. He is saved (praise the Lord!), but I really, really would like him to make it for the Rapture. I don’t want to be alone (I’m almost 70), and I hate seeing him suffer. Please have your prayer warriors pray for his recovery and/or the Rapture, and my peace of mind.

Blessings Dick,

It is a kind thing that you are doing. I am a 63-year-old female who went through a divorce last year after 40 years of marriage. My husband succumbed to alcohol and stopped trying with our family. He never accepted the Lord. He was becoming verbally and psychologically abusive towards me. I suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2005 from a fall, so I was no match for his abuse.

My adult daughter, who lived with us, stood up and said no more. We had his brother come and take him back home to live with him. It has now been 2 1/2 years, and it’s been a rough road since my daughter and myself both have health problems. Years of psychological abuse drained us.

We are on the mend, though, and moving forward with life. One of my biggest concerns, though, is for all of my family’s salvation. First, if I could ask all of my beautiful brothers and sisters in Christ to pray for my blessed daughter Cody’s salvation, as well as her physical and psychological health. She has stood by me and has taken good care of me.

Second, for the rest of my fractured family for Salvation. It has been 2 1/2 years since the divorce, and no one is talking. I know time is short, and the Lord is coming soon.

Dear Brother in the Lord,

During the month of April, we have done Gospel camps successfully. Reached some souls, distributed Gospel Tracts in 3 Villages. We conducted 2 places to pasting Prayers. We gathered together and spent time in prayers for all.

We visited East Godavari District Ramachandrapuram, Biccavole, Pina villages. We conducted street preaching and street night meetings. So few are accepted and came forward to receive Jesus as their Personal Savior.

We conducted West Godavari District gospel camp. Our team did a good gospel teaching to the bad people. So many are listened to the gospel at Dubacherla, Nallazerla and Avupadu villages. There one man revolted against our team who belongs to the Hindu RSS. We Proclaim “Jesus Christ is Lord of all people and continents.” So he try to disturb and disrupt the Meeting.

We conducted youth summit at Nidadavole. Some young groups were blessed by teaching and songs and Bible games. 5 of the youth have decided to follow Jesus Christ.

We have to conduct 3 more youth and kids camps both in the tribal and rural villages. We need your sweet prayers for us.

It is our great Privilege to Share with you good news to you. We keep on praying for the travel to remote villages. We are spending money for our journey, waste lots time waiting for rental autos and buses. So we prayerfully approached Bank for car loan. Bank granted 5 Lakhs Indian Rupees with one government employee surity. We pay money down payment 1,80,000/-. Every month we have to Pay EMI 11,500/- So Our Lord helped us to obtain car MARUTHI SUZIKI WAGON for our Light of the World Ministry purposes.

Our Lord gave us answers to our prayers. Our vision and dream came true. I trust that it all credit goes to you and your family. Around 32 years of our hard work. He showed his Love towards of Light of the World ministry.

Prayer List info and guidance

A good way to build a stronger prayer life is to print off hard copies of Prayer Lists #1 to #15 and following, and at any time of day or night when you as an individual want to pray to the Lord, take out your printed copies and read/pray over them again. This is also great for family group prayer and home-church group prayer. God has a very big memory, and all prayers are recorded by Our Lord and Savior.
