Have the Birth Pangs Begun?
We’re not in the Tribulation yet, but anyone who thinks “the beginning of sorrows” (birth pangs) haven’t begun must not be keeping up with the news. Jack Kelley, who died in 2015, believed the birth pangs were occurring then. He described it as early labor, the first and longest lasting of three stages, which will be presented at the end of this writing.
EXTREME WEATHER
Hurricane Imelda caused widespread flooding across southeastern Texas and southwestern Louisiana; over 40 inches of rain fell in several communities. There were hundreds of rescues and well over 1,000 calls for assistance. At least four people died. The threat of ongoing flooding was forecast to persist through the weekend as rivers and streams continue to rise. Accuweather predicts that this 2nd ‘500-year rainfall’ in 2 years will cause $8 billion in damages.
Hurricane Humberto produced rip currents affecting much of the Eastern US for several days with two deaths reported. It passed offshore of Bermuda, but produced hurricane-force winds.
The six named storms whirling at once this week in the Atlantic and Pacific have set a record. “While Humberto and Kiko were spinning in the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific, four new tropical cyclones formed Tuesday: Imelda and Jerry in the Atlantic Basin, and Mario and Lorena in the Eastern Pacific Basin.” National Hurricane Center forecaster Eric Blake tweeted, “they are forming like roaches out there.”
Thousands of fish washed up dead on the shores of Lake Koroneia in northern Greece on Thursday as a result of high temperatures and declining water levels due to a long period of drought in the Macedonia region. The lake, 30km from the city of Thessaloniki, has experienced the phenomenon repeatedly over the last few decades. Bird life there has also been seriously affected.
A new update on landslides from the 2019 northern hemisphere monsoon season by Dr. Dave Petley, Vice-President (Research and Innovation) at the University of Sheffield, UK, showed how an unusually high number of landslides resulted in thousands of fatalities this year, making 2019 the worst year on record. In addition, the last couple of years have been notably worse than the long-term average.
Dr. Saji N Hameed, one of the scientists who discovered Indian Ocean Dipole, said 2019 is shaping up to be one of the strongest IOD years ever recorded, indicating extreme rainfall in Eastern Africa from Oct—Dec, possibly leading to millions of displaced people, emergence of Rift Valley fever and other flood-related issues. Dry spells over Indonesia, Australia and Singapore are tied to the ongoing IOD. The 2019 IOD is already similar to one of strongest IOD events in history – that of 2006 – when Eastern Africa experienced its worst floods in history, together with Central and West Africa.
WILDFIRES
Wildfires from Indonesia since July have spread a thick, noxious haze around Southeast Asia. 5,600 additional military personnel have been deployed to help the 9,000 people currently fighting Indonesia fires, which have razed over 328,700 hectares (812,000 acres) of land nationwide this year. The dry season in Indonesia runs between April and Oct, but July typically marks the beginning of the most intense fires.
EARTHQUAKES
In Albania, a 5.6 earthquake followed by an aftershock almost as strong damaged homes and other buildings in its worst quake in 30 years. 68 people were treated for injuries.
This week there were two earthquakes over 6.0 and several over 5.0 in the ocean.
VOLCANOES
In Japan, a relatively strong explosion took place at the Sakurajima volcano on September 15 in this almost constantly erupting volcano since 1955. The ash plume reached 13,000 feet above sea level, 9,450 feet above the crater. There have been more explosions this week. Scientists who’ve studied a buildup of magma at the volcano say it’s due for a major eruption sometime within the next 30 years.
LAWLESSNESS
On Tuesday, New York City police engaged in a shootout with a career criminal after responding to reports of a domestic assault. After the shootout, which left the criminal dead and an officer with a bullet in her hand, onlookers shouted profanities and death wishes at the police (warning: vulgarity). Gregory Edwards had already been arrested 16 times. Police tased him, but it didn’t slow him down.
PC MADNESS AND HYPOCRISY
In Ohio, a 13-year-old boy weighing only 65 pounds escaped from his home and ran for help. The child had a very strict vegan diet of almonds, bananas and grapes. He had to eat everything in 30 minutes, was kept under surveillance to keep him from eating anything else, and was beaten if he didn’t comply. His parents have been arrested, and the boy will need to spend a long time in the hospital.
A legal ban on eating dogs and cats in the UK has been blocked over fears it might offend people from Southeast Asian countries. So Western nations should go by the rules of another culture? Around 30 million dogs, for example, are slaughtered and eaten every year in certain southeast Asian countries. Many are skinned alive, suffering horrendous torture. Word has it that there are varying reasons depending on the culture for doing this such as: torturing the animal releases more health and life-giving properties to the meat. The PC crowd says we shouldn’t judge. Wrong. Does God approve of everything all cultures in the world do? Absolutely not.
God’s Word tells us that a righteous man has regard for the life of his animal, but even the compassion of the wicked is cruel (see Proverbs 12:10).
LAST DAYS OF LOT RETURNED
First, one bit of good news: Chick-Fil-A’s sales have doubled since LGBT boycotts began.

In Ohio, over 100 people were arrested in a massive human trafficking and internet sex sting. Among them – an ER doctor and a church youth director. All showed up at homes intending to have sex with a minor. The sting focused not just on internet predators, but human traffickers and the men who feed the sex trade with their dollars. “Criminals involved in trafficking other human beings prey upon those who are already at risk, subjecting them to prostitution and addiction,” Attorney General Yost said. “Predators who seek to harm our children and grandchildren are not hiding in the bushes; they’re lurking on the internet.”
An Oregon mother said she was targeted with a fake report to child protective services due to her pro-life beliefs.
In New Zealand, the world’s largest porn provider is strongly opposing moves by the government to protect children from harmful effects of pornography. The porn company says parents should be responsible for what their children view online. But porn companies know 71% of teens hide their online behavior. Parents struggle to defend their families without support. The average age of exposure to porn is 11. In the US alone, nearly 1/3 of state governments dubbed pornography a public health crisis. Countries globally are revisiting legislative regulations to protect the youngest of viewers.

In California, San Diego State University is teaching students that pedophilia could merely be considered an alternative “sexual orientation,” part of the “acceptance of diverse sexual identities.” Conservatives have warned for years that the endgame of every fetish, gender identity and sexuality being not merely tolerated but endorsed would be mainstreaming of pedophilia. We’re close to that eventuality.
The California Senate passed a resolution calling upon all Californians—despite religious beliefs—to embrace LGBTQ lifestyles. It declares that homosexuality and transgenderism are “part of natural variations that occur in sexual orientation and gender identity,” condemns counseling services that help people resolve unwanted gender confusion or same-sex attraction, and blames those who hold to biblical understandings of sex and gender as responsible for “disproportionately high rates” of suicide among homosexuals and transgenders.
The California Court of Appeals says a Catholic hospital can face legal liability for failing to perform a hysterectomy as part of a female-to-male “transition” — even though its policy broadly bans sterilization surgery generally (not just for trans individuals) and even though the hospital referred the patient to a non-Catholic facility in the same network. The patient obtained the hysterectomy a mere three days after the original scheduled surgery date and sued anyway.
In California, Ed Buck, who has poured millions into major Democrat campaigns, has finally been arrested after he caused two deaths and nearly killed a third in his sex and drug den. Buck exploited at least 10 vulnerable young men, offering them drugs, sex and money.
California has skyrocketing homelessness, people moving out of the state, nation-leading poverty rates, and disease outbreaks from the Dark Ages. It’s the perfect storm of ugly circumstances that cry out for moral leadership. Instead, Cali has added Iowa to its travel ban list, no longer offering taxpayer-funded trips to Iowa for any public employee or student at a state-run university. Why? Because Iowa passed a law that will no longer spend Medicaid dollars on gender transition surgeries.
The California State Assembly voted overwhelmingly to pass legislation to require public universities in the state to offer medication abortion at on-campus student health centers.
In California, mice have more legal rights than human babies. California is prosecuting undercover journalists for exposing horrific practices of Planned Parenthood abortionists. Theresa Deisher, an expert in adult stem cell research, testified that she must go to great lengths as a cardiovascular researcher to make sure mice she studies don’t suffer needless pain. In fact, she noted, she would face ethical charges and go to jail if she cut beating hearts out of mice without anesthesia. Deisher said she was horrified she was upon reading various studies involving baby human hearts procured from StemExpress, which the evidence at the hearing showed were sourced from Planned Parenthood. She knew those studies had to be conducted while the hearts were still beating when cut out, without anesthesia, from aborted babies.
California’s attorney general actually illegally threatened to prosecute a witness to suppress the truth coming out in the trial. It angers the pagan gods of the Left and Cultural Marxist so-called Christianity—the Pete Buttigieg-types’ god. The Left is neither secular nor libertarian. It is intent on forcing down the throats of once-Christian America a secular theocracy that serves a plethora of pagan gods – just not the One and Only True God of the Bible.
EPIDEMICS
The number of US deaths and illnesses from a rare mosquito-borne virus are higher than usual this year. Eastern equine encephalitis has been diagnosed 21 people in certain counties of six states, and five people have died. Massachusetts has 8 cases, followed by Michigan, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey and North Carolina.
Philippine health officials declared a polio outbreak in the country, nearly two decades after the World Health Organization declared it to be free of the highly contagious and potentially deadly disease.
In Russia, an explosion at a Siberian virus research center engulfed it in flames. The mayor claims no biologically dangerous substances were in the area of the explosion and that the lab wasn’t in use at the time. This facility is reportedly one of two places worldwide where smallpox is stored. During the Cold War, it was thought to be part of the supposedly now-defunct Soviet biological weapons program, meaning some of the most dangerous strains – including smallpox, Ebola, anthrax and certain plagues – are still kept inside the Institute’s building. 13 fire engines and 38 firefighters were dispatched immediately.
This report sounds like the pestilence that will occur during the Tribulation, though the globalists blame other things. The Global Preparedness Monitoring Board warns of the possibility of pandemics that could have devastating effects. It states: While disease has always been part of the human experience, a combination of global trends, including insecurity and extreme weather, has heightened the risk. Disease thrives in disorder and has taken advantage… the spectre of a global health emergency looms large… a very real threat of a rapidly moving, highly lethal pandemic of a respiratory pathogen killing 50 to 80 million people.
ANIMAL DIE-OFFS
A new study claims there are almost 3 billion fewer birds in the US and Canada than in 1970. That amounts to a 29% drop in the avian population over the past half-century. The only avian population not affected are Canadian geese and mallard ducks.

In Ohio, Peace Community Baptist Church hired a “transgender” pastor (a male who calls himself a female), making it one of the few Baptist congregations in the US led by a minister who claims a gender identity different from their birth sex.
In New York, students at Union Theological Seminary, confessed their so-called “climate sins” to a bunch of plants set up in its sanctuary. It was such a ridiculous move that the satire site Babylon Bee put out a parody article about it.
NBC News is asking Americans to confess their climate change sins. So, let’s see. To whom do the gullible believers in man-made climate change confess? “Mother Earth” nature goddess aka Gaia? FYI: she doesn’t exist.
Socialist presidential candidate Bernie Sanders responded to a “climate change” question by agreeing that he would be positively disposed to expanding asylum to include climate refugees.

The autistic teen environmentalist Greta Thunberg, exploited by globalists for their cause, says, “We are right now in the beginning of the sixth mass extinction and people don’t know these things …” Children from New York City public schools were allowed to cut classes for Friday’s “Climate Strike” to join Greta for a protest at the UN. So-called comedienne Sarah Silverman (who says she has no religion and has made a career out of mocking God/Jesus,) is one of the deceived believers in “man-made global warming.” She noted seriously on Twitter: “You think you will recognize Jesus when he comes back? I see him all around. He is this girl. And y’all don’t even see it.” She followed that with “the irony of it being most lost on the evangelicals who preach Noah and [the] ark and are so totally blind to it all happening right in front of their eyes.”

Now the Board of Education has changed its tune, saying it will allow students to present anything before the game, whether a song, a poem, or a prayer.

Ocasio-Cortez and referencing Cambodian genocide aired during the Dem debate. Ocasio-Cortez described the ad as violent, racist, false, and a “love letter to the GOP’s white supremacist case.” The rest of “the Squad” (Omar, Pressley and Tlaib) agreed. Heng said, “If we want to talk about what incites violence, socialism does. My parents lived through a socialist regime that murdered millions… and I’m currently getting death threats since the ad aired. The only people inciting violence are the radical left, who can’t defend their ideas with facts, so they resort to horrible personal attacks… That should tell you everything you really need to know about the face of socialism, right now, in our country.”

Violent crimes there increased by 50% in 2018, attributed to the rise in Somali gangs. Omar’s district has the highest rate of terrorist recruits in the US. But Homegrown thugs thrive too.
TERRORISM
In New Jersey, Alexei Saab, 42, of Morristown has been arrested for terrorism offenses. He was admitted “legally” into the US in 2000 and became a citizen in 2008. It’s since come to light that in the early to mid-2000s he photographed or videoed US landmarks as potential terrorism targets for Hezbollah’s Islamic Jihad. He operated abroad also, including gathering intelligence for Hezbollah in Turkey, and trying to murder a man suspected of being an Israeli spy (but the weapon wouldn’t fire). Saab joined Hezbollah in 1996 and attended training in 1999 where he learned about handling military assault rifles and grenades. In 2004 and 2005, he was trained in explosives in Lebanon.
ISIS leader al-Baghdadi, thought to be hiding in Syria’s deserts, is calling for more terror attacks on the West. In his latest speech titled “Do Deeds,” he said, “hold good and work as the pioneers of Islam … the results are in the hands of Allah … winners or vanquished, your place is outstanding with him…” He calls on jihadis “to resist and lead the fight for five years.”
WARS AND RUMORS OF WARS
The US announced plans to send forces to Saudi Arabia in the wake of attacks against the country’s oil infrastructure. The deployment will be “defensive in nature.”
US and Saudi Arabian officials confirmed that Iranian weapons were used in the strikes on Saudi Arabia and didn’t originate from Yemen. The missile and drone attacks forced the Saudis to shut down oil facilities which process much of their crude oil supply, and one-tenth of the world’s supply. US Secretary of State Pompeo says the US supports Saudi Arabia’s “right to defend itself” and the Iranian regime’s “threatening behavior will not be tolerated.”
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif threatened that “all-out war” would result from a military strike on Iran by the US or Saudi Arabia in response to last weekend’s attacks on Saudi oil facilities that is being blamed on Iran, which backs Yemen’s Houthi rebels. He denies Iran’s backing of the strike. Both sides indicate they’d like to avoid war, but the taqiyya (lie)-practicing Islamic Iran keeps pushing the envelope. President Trump imposed sanctions on Iran’s central bank over the attack, Iran’s last source of funds.
It’s not letting up: The Saudi-led coalition on Thursday intercepted and destroyed an explosives-laden boat launched from Yemen by Houthi rebels. Colonel al-Malki, spokesman for the coalition fighting the Houthi rebels, said this represents a further threat to regional and international security and safety of maritime routes and international trade in the Gulf. The Saudi-led coalition on Friday launched a military operation north of Yemen’s port city against what it described as legitimate military targets.
Airstrikes on an Iran-backed militia on the Syria-Iraq border occurred in pre-dawn hours on Tuesday. At least 10 pro-Iranian fighters were killed. The strikes targeted a training camp and ammunition storehouse and near a newly constructed Syrian border crossing with Iraq. Opening of the crossing has been postponed several times. Some Syrian and Iraqi sources blame the strikes on Israel.
Then on Wednesday night , unmanned aerial vehicles attacked positions of pro-Iranian Shiite militias in Syria near its border with Iraq. 5 fighters were killed, 9 injured, according to the report.
Syrian state TV reported on Thursday that a drone was destroyed over a suburb of Damascus and another on Saturday laden with explosives. The Israeli army’s Arabic-language spokesman said the drone did not come from Israel and was likely Iranian. “What is certain is that it is not an (Israeli army) drone,” Avichay Adraee said on Twitter. “Today we see proof… that (Iran’s elite Qods Force commander) Qassem Soleimani does whatever he wants in Syria, and of course does not tell.”
Evil big three leaders of Russia, Iran, and Turkey (Ezekiel 38-39) announced that an agreement has been reached on composing a committee to rewrite Syria’s constitution. Iran’s Rhouhani called for withdrawal of American troops.
In Afghanistan, at least 15 people have died after a truck packed with explosives was detonated by Taliban militants outside a hospital. Many of the victims were doctors and patients. Reports have since emerged of at least another 15 civilian deaths in an airstrike aimed at ISIS militants in the east.
A US drone strike intended to hit an ISIS hideout in Afghanistan instead accidentally killed at least 30 civilian farmers resting in the field after work.

Earlier this month, Zero Hedge reported how Gov. Larry Hogan pledged $21 million to assist Baltimore City in their efforts to stop the spread of the murder crisis. Now The Baltimore Sun is reporting that three spy planes could soon be flying overhead, in a $6.6 million surveillance program that would be entirely funded by outside donors for three years.

Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare Spokesman said the government hadn’t finished analyzing their contents, which remained unexplained. The “Storm Area 51” Facebook event was a joke that went viral as people pledged to crash the secret military base in an attempt to “see them aliens.” Over 2 million said they were going, with over 1.4 million replying they were interested. Nye County’s sheriff warned that the desert is not a friendly environment for human visitors. About 1,500 showed up, with less than 200 trekking to selfie distance of the security gates.

Globalist French president Emmanuel Macron says France isn’t giving up its diplomatic efforts in the Persian Gulf crisis, and that he’s still working behind the scenes ahead of his visit to the UN General Assembly — but wouldn’t further comment. It’s that “Jupiterian rule” thing.

Pope Francis invited leaders of the earth to sign a “Global Pact” to create a “new humanism,” saying an alliance is required “between earth’s inhabitants and our ‘common home,’ which we are bound to care for and respect. He’s inviting world leaders to the May 14, 2020 “Educational” Alliance. The conference will take place at the Vatican’s serpent-shaped hall. Only the willfully deceived cannot see through his plan.

Pope: “…the Doctrine of the Church says…When we acknowledge international organizations and we recognize their capacity to give judgment, on a global scale – for example the international tribunal in The Hague, or the United Nations. If we consider ourselves humanity, when they make statements, our duty is to obey.”
Bible: We are to obey governments unless they violate Scripture (Daniel chapters 3 and 6; Acts 5:28-29; 1 Corinthians 10:31). Also, God warns against false doctrines (Matthew 15:9; Romans 16:17-18; 1 Timothy 4:1-2).
Pope: “Differences between the religions are not to be cancelled out, that we are all brothers is to be underlined, that everyone needs to speak. We are brothers, human brotherhood is the foundation and respects all beliefs. Respect for other religions is important.”
Bible: God is not tolerant of false religions (Exodus 20:3-4, 23:13, John 14:6; Matthew 7:6, 10:14, 24:11; Luke 4:8; 1 Timothy 6:3-4; Galatians 1:6-10; 2 Corinthians 6:14-17) or false prophets (1 John 4:1; 2 John 1:10-11; Acts 20:29; Colossians 2:8).
Pope: “When you see religious proposals that follow the path of proselytism, they are not Christian. They are looking for converts, not worshippers of God in truth.”
Bible: God tells us to spread the Gospel of Christ (Matthew 24:14; Matthew 28:19).

Bible: Warns about worshiping the creature/created things more than/rather than God (Romans 1:21-25; Deuteronomy 4:19).
“Mystery” Babylon, Mother of Harlots: “And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication” (Revelation 17:1-2).
ISRAELI ELECTION MESS AND THE “PEACE” PLAN
Since those outside of Israel don’t understand the election process in Israel, respected columnist Caroline Glick breaks it down. Netanyahu did not lose and Gantz did not win. Despite Blue and White winning 33 seats in the 120-seat Knesset to Likud’s 31 seats, Gantz can’t form a government; he cannot build a majority coalition. On Wednesday Netanyahu assembled heads of right-wing and religious parties, and they united into one bloc. By forming this 55-member bloc, Netanyahu created a situation where he’s the only possible prime minister. Either the Blue and White Party, or one of its three factions, joins him, or Amir Peretz and Orly Levy bring the Labor party in, or Israel goes to new elections. Those are the only options. What does this mean for the “peace” plan?
Jason Greenblatt said the US administration had not yet decided whether it will unveil the plan during or after the current coalition negotiations. “It’s too soon to tell. How will the election affect the plan? Our plan is different than what people have been talking about for so many years. We think we listened very hard to Israelis, Palestinians, the region, just about every expert.”

“Since both the Lord and Paul compared the end times signs to a woman’s labor, let me continue in that vein by comparing the three stages of labor to the end times signs.
The first stage is called early labor. It’s the longest and least intense of the three stages. This is when a woman first concludes her time of labor is beginning. In my opinion this is what Jesus was describing as wars, rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes, etc. I think this is where the world is now.
In the second stage, called active labor, things become more serious. A woman’s contractions become much stronger and more frequent. I believe this stage will begin after the Church is gone [raptured], with the introduction of the anti-Christ as the rider on the white horse (Rev. 6:2) followed by the seal and trumpet judgments. This is the first half of Daniel’s 70th Week, the beginning of the time of God’s wrath.
The third stage is called transitional labor. It’s the last, shortest, and most intensive part of a woman’s labor. I believe transitional labor can be compared to the Great Tribulation where the world will experience the bowl judgments which will bring the time of God’s wrath to a conclusion (Rev. 15:1) and set the stage for the Second Coming.”
