I have been hearing from many people that so many of the Remnant of true believers are feeling alone, afraid and so cast down. Most of them are “churchless” and only find encouragement at prophecy events.
I completely understand this, as I find myself in a fog at times; knowing in my mind that what we are seeing is prophecy being fulfilled. But my heart is still so heavy with sadness.
A prophecy teacher, who is a friend, told me that at a conference at which he was a speaker, people were coming up to him, eyes filled with tears, and spoke of feeling so alone.
I prayed that the Lord would give me an idea for this article to encourage the brethren. I felt in my spirit that perhaps posting sermons which speak of the way many of us are feeling would be helpful at this time.
Anyone who is a reader of my articles knows that my husband and I love the sermons of Adrian Rogers. Pastor Adrian went home to be with Jesus in 2005. His sermons are still being used by our Lord to teach and encourage believers, and are bringing the lost to our Lord.

Standing Firm in a Pagan World < click to watch sermon
We are moving away from a Christian consensus in America. Many people have come to believe that choice of one religious faith over another is irrelevant. And why do they say this? Because they say all religions teach the same basic lessons about life. Find what God’s word has to say about this.
The Battle for Your Mind <click to watch sermon
All of us fight the battle of the bulge, and those kinds of battles are with us always; but there is a battle more deadly, more sinister. It is a battle for the mind, a deadly war that is between God and Satan; and the battleground is, believe it or not, your mind and your soul.

Learn three great issues all of us must face—Life, Death, and Eternity. Man knows he’s going to die, yet tries desperately to forget it, often changing the subject like changing the channels. Adrian Rogers explains from God’s perspective; no man is truly ready to live until he is no longer afraid to die.
Five Ways to Draw Closer to Jesus < click to watch sermon
5 WAYS TO DRAW CLOSER TO JESUS: We want an intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, don’t we? We want more than redemption; we want a relationship. Listen as Adrian Rogers discusses 5 ways to draw closer to Jesus.
Brethren, I pray that Pastor Adrian’s sermons will encourage your heart. I love you all so very much. I want you to know that we (hubby and I) will be watching these sermons right along with you. What we are all feeling is quite normal when we’re living in such turbulent and evil times!
But our precious Lord Jesus wants to help us during these last days. He does not want us to lose hope! If the evil one tells you that you’re alone in feeling down and stressed, read this passage of Scripture:
“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:27).
Jesus would never have said that to His disciples if He did not know that these times would be very difficult for us. He loves us with an everlasting love, and He is seated at the right hand of God making intercession for us!
“Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us” (Romans 8:34).
I will be posting more encouraging sermons in my next article.
Shalom b’Yeshua
