One Disaster After Another

The worst possible outcome of the Georgia vote took place. Radical Democrats by hook or by crook now control the presidency, both houses of Congress, and nearly all media. If they move to pack the Supreme Court, we will become a one-party-rule nation. The Republican Party is dead of its own incompetence.

Voters in Georgia had an easy decision to make about basic financial mathematics. If you vote Democrat, you collect $2,000. If you vote Republican, you don’t collect $2,000. The Republicans, having already given trillions over the past year, thought they were reasonable in rejecting the $2,000 stimulus check.

Mitch McConnell will soon be the minority leader because he failed to realize that an election is an advanced auction of stolen goods. People didn’t need to “Advance to Go” to collect $2,000. All they needed to do was to vote Democrat.

Goldman Sachs expects another big stimulus package to the tune of $750 billion in the near term now that Democrats have taken the Senate. We are now set to have a $7 trillion deficit within a year’s time.

The Democrats clearly have some type of well-oiled machine that allows them to magically pull out a win by the narrowest of margins. In the November elections, Trump was leading Pennsylvania by 200,000 votes, then suddenly a big democratic county came along, which gave Biden a lead of a few thousand. The same thing happened in three other states, and it happened again in the second round of the Georgia elections. Both Republican candidates had a lead of 50,000 to 100,000 votes. After most Republican counties were reporting 95% of their vote total, Dekalb County shows up with just enough votes to give the Democrats a double win.

The storming of Capitol Hill by Trump supporters was incredibly foolish. At that point, there was no way to change the outcome of the electoral college vote. Vice President Mike Pence was presiding over a purely ceremonial role. If changes were to be made, they had to be made back in the states.

The events of last week bring to mind the shooting at the United States Capitol in 1954. It was an attack by four Puerto Rican nationalists; they shot 30 rounds from semi-automatic pistols from the visitor gallery of the House of Representatives chamber. They wanted to highlight their desire for Puerto Rican independence from US rule.

Because of the 1954 attack, security on Capitol Hill was greatly increased. When our country was young, you could walk right up to the White House and make an appointment to meet the president. Today, White House security resembles a super-max prison. This latest attack will only work to turn Washington, DC, into a military complex that is totally isolated from the people it represents.

My greatest fear for the future of America is civil war. Now that the Democrats are back in power, they have the means to pass laws that will shred our basic rights. People on both sides are so radicalized, a state of open warfare is only a matter of time. The only common agreement is that anyone who urges Americans to exercise restraint is viewed as an enemy.

Senator Chuck Schumer never misses a chance to wildly exaggerate events. He compares Wednesday’s chaos to Pearl Harbor:

“Franklin Roosevelt set a day aside that will live in infamy. Unfortunately, we can now add January 6, 2021, to that very short list of dates in American history that will live forever in infamy.”

These people were a bunch of clowns who didn’t have any idea what they were trying to achieve. The most shocking thing is how easily they were able to invade the building.

Schumer’s Pearl Harbor II will quickly fade when the next mob that storms Capitol Hill comes armed with AR-15s. It won’t take anything like the meltdown of the dollar to trigger an insurrection. No one could have predicted that the killing of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police officers would have been the spark to last year’s riots.

When we ended 2020, many people expected it to be the worst year of their life. I don’t share this optimistic view. I think by June, we might remember 2020 as a time of relative tranquility. The Bible predicts that the lead-up to the rapture will be marked by things progressively getting worse. This pattern is so well established, end-time prophecy is the only explanation for our prolonged run of bad luck.

“For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains” (Matthew 24:7-8).

“Build Back Better”?

Jonathan Cahn’s The Harbinger came in for a considerable amount of criticism from within Christian circles, especially by some self-appointed guardians of Bible truth within the arena of discernment. His was a novel based on Bible prophecy that had much of America’s history, future, and sins linked in a creative and spiritual way to Israel’s history, sins, and fate.

I, myself, along with some colleagues in prophecy ministries, was questioned for not condemning the author’s fictional yet somehow eerily factual presentation. His character—the prophet—gave a declaration that 2 Chronicles 7:14 was not only for the children of Israel, but for all of God’s people. I’m totally in agreement with that belief.

If God’s people, who are called by His Name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek His face, and turn from their wicked ways, He will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sins, and will heal their land.

How anyone can read that declaration by the Creator of mankind and not see that He is speaking to all of the creation that can truly call Him “Father” is beyond me. And yes, God made a covenant with only one nation, I’m fully aware. But He made a covenant much more comprehensive. His Word, the Bible, declares that all who call on His Name will be saved. These are all people called by His Name. They are in God’s family, forever.

Getting back to Jonathan Cahn’s novel, its premise is, in large part, that America has turned from God and that judgment is on the way if repentance isn’t forthcoming. He presents in his story that what happened following the 9/11 attack on New York City, the World Trade Center Towers, and the Pentagon harbored some of the same sorts of judgments as Israel faced in ancient days.

This is, I believe Cahn’s novelistic approach indicates, because God doesn’t change. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. To turn from Him and seek other gods—whether material wealth or any other—is to invite His holy judgment. In the interim—between unrepented-of sins and the time of ultimate judgment and wrath—the Lord implements corrective or remedial/restorative actions.

The prophet character explains throughout The Harbinger the similarities between what faced ancient Israel and what faces America today. He also points out the same mistakes made by leadership and the people of Israel of old and what was taking place following the 9/11 disaster.

The storyline is based primarily on the following scriptural presentation.

The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel. And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart, The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars. Therefore the Lord shall set up the adversaries of Rezin against him, and join his enemies together; The Syrians before, and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still. (Isaiah 9:8–12)

The prophet in the story reminds the protagonist that a similar declaration was made by President George W. Bush following the 9/11 attack. He said in promising to wage war on terror, “We will rebuild New York.” Then the prophet points out that, during the great financial crisis of 2009, President Barack Obama—regarding the financial disaster that faced the nation—declared in his inaugural address on January 24, 2009, “We will rebuild.”

Cahn’s prophet character lets the protagonist come to the epiphany that both presidents had inadvertently declared the same thing as the leaders of ancient Israel. They would, in effect, build bigger and better. George W. Bush promised to build back the skyscrapers—the bricks that had fallen—bigger and better. Obama declared simply that he intended to build all of America bigger and better.

At any rate, the prophet puts forth the warning. There can be no restoration apart from invoking the Holy Name of God and earnestly seeking Him in the matter of forgiveness of sins, either personally or nationally.

Now we come to the apparent winners of the fraudulent presidential election. The Democrats have, for the record, deliberately not allowed God’s Name to be used in party platform matters. Their supposed successful candidates have as their political slogan “Build Back Better.” The challenge, in my view, to the God of Heaven could not be made more blatant.

The following excerpt makes manifest how the entire globalist, anti-God cabal—the wickedness in high places of Ephesians 6:12—has embraced or perhaps originated the slogan “Build Back Better.” It also seems to prove the insidious nature of the cabal in their ability to co-opt, thus, as in Paul’s perilous-times forewarnings, make traitors of those they control—President Trump’s supposed friend, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, for example.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has dashed hopes that 2021 will be any better than 2020 by tweeting his support of the Great Reset.

Proud that the UK is taking over the 2021 Presidency of the G7 today. Hosting both the G7 Summit and @COP26 will make this a hugely important year for Global Britain and I look forward to welcoming our friends and allies as we beat COVID and build back better from the pandemic.

“Build back better” is, as Johnson is perfectly well aware, the slogan of the World Economic Forum’s deeply sinister Fourth Industrial Revolution — aka “the Great Reset” – whose aims include the deliberate crashing of the world economy, the crushing and destruction of small businesses, and the creation of a new cash-free society in which no one (save the technocratic elite) owns private property.

Unfortunately for Johnson, people have started wising up to what Build Back Better actually means.

Here are some of the comments which greeted his New Year message:

YOU C**** !!! You deliberately destroyed things for your WEF/China masters !! Build Back Better Bollox !!

Could y’all please stop scaring us with the “build back better” joke? Thank you.

“Build back better” is the slogan of progressive technocracy. Why don’t you come clean with people and let them know what it is you want? You market yourself as a conservative, which is preposterous given the policies you promote.”

“More fascism, more taxes, more authoritarianism. Rot In Hell!”(“Delingpole: Bojo Tweets Praise for the Great Reset. Strap in Everyone, 2021 is Going to be a Wild Ride,” Breitbart.com, RR News, January 2, 2021)

Building Back Better? The building project—the Re-Set—is destined to suffer the same, deserved fate as that effort of Genesis chapter 11. The neo-Tower of Babel building project will seem to succeed for a time. But all who are complicit in constructing that evil edifice will suffer the consequences of Psalms chapter 2.

Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure… Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel. (Psalm 2:5, 9)

Take comfort. Something big is up with the Lord. So keep looking up! (Luke 21: 28)
