Stay Frosty, Christians :: By Jeff Hauck

I had an opportunity to visit with family recently (we are spread out from east to west), hoping I might have an in-depth conversation about the dilemmas of this world, or maybe the reason for my faith. But nope. Most of my family is Catholic, and they seem to remain fine in their systematic worship and answers that their religion provides. I really don’t see much worry among faithless people concerning the troubles of this world. But I know it’s there. Anyone with a conscience can tell things are not right.

I do believe our golden opportunities are coming in 2025. Kamala Harris is going to be bad for America but good for Christians. Let me explain. Clearly, God’s hand of protection has been on Donald J. Trump. It is amazing to watch. We have read of examples of this throughout the Bible, from Joseph to Mordechai. When God has his hand of protection on someone, no harm will come to him or her. But my intuition is that he will not be appointed President again. My sense is that God is allowing Satan to exert authority over our nation through his many minions and schemes. It’s also incredible to see so many given over to reprobate minds (Romans 1). This must be judgment upon our nation for reasons we know. Vote, but mentally prepare for lawless elections.

There are many points of anxiety and hand-wringing for the lost, from population replacement to World War III. And who knows what new darkness awaits us in 2025 and beyond? With a Kamala Harris presidency, we should expect a near-to-complete takeover of the US by the United Nations and World Health Organization. Goodbye to our Constitutional rights we have enjoyed for nearly 250 years.

One prediction I have with our potential new administration would be no Sunday driving in an effort to reduce carbon emissions. Only essential citizens will have the right to drive on Sundays. My point is that believers in Jesus will become the main target because we won’t go along with the new programs. And for this, we should be joyous.

Think back to the year 30 AD. New Christians stood out like a sore thumb. Unbelieving Jews and Gentiles were astounded by what the Christians risked. The unbelievers wanted to know the reason for their faith. This is what we should want. We have no reason to worry about the future due to the promises of God. We are blessed to be persecuted (Mathew 5-7: Sermon on the Mount). Additionally, we are promised by Jesus that a veneer of civility will remain until He comes to rescue us (Luke 17:26-30). Society will not totally collapse before the rapture, but these troublesome things must happen now to complete the setup of the final 7 years before Jesus returns to the earth.

The phrase ‘Stay Frosty’ means to stay alert while keeping one’s emotions under control. It has its origins in the Cold War era, used as code to alert American spies and operatives about potential threats or dangers. I believe Christians will soon be experiencing this in America. My goodness, our brothers and sisters have been in danger for centuries around the world. Maybe our families, neighbors and unbelieving friends will ask us the reason for our faith amid the increasing lawlessness and wickedness that is to come.

As believers in Christ, we need to keep a stiff upper lip with joy and kindness. Keep praying for the peace of Jerusalem (Ps 122:6). Pressure is building and will continue to build for Israel to sign a covenant with death (Isa 28:18). Praise God, we will not be here then, but many of our beloved may be. Talk with them about the Gospel as opportunities arise.

“Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the Rebellion” (Hebrews 3:15).

Stay Frosty, Christians. We are appointed for such a time as this! (Esther 4:14)
