A Prophecy of Perilous Times :: By Bill Wilson

The Apostle Paul warned in 2 Timothy 3 of perilous times in the last days. He lists some 19 types of people that cause and allow these dangerous times. He says that these people “creep into houses and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led with diverse lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” They “resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.”

Paul was most likely describing what many generations have seen as mankind rushes toward the time when people will not be able to accept good doctrine and want to hear and live by what tickles their ears. We are seeing this today, and it gets worse with each passing minute.

An indicator of such times is seen all around us. In America, on January 14-15, an estimated 100,000 pro-terrorist demonstrators tried to break down the security fence around the White House. Let me repeat, thousands of pro-terrorist demonstrators. They chanted “Free, Free Palestine,” “Palestine will be free,” and “Genocide Joe Must Go,” among many other hate-filled chants and slogans.

Similar demonstrations occurred in London, Paris, Dublin, Milan and Rome. These pro-terrorist demonstrations were well-organized and global. Herein, the ancient prophets’ words are being played out in layers before our very eyes.

On October 7—Islamic terrorists attacked, killed, kidnapped, dismembered, maimed, and raped Israelis, similarly to what is prophesied in Zechariah 14:2, “the houses rifled, and the women ravished, and half the city shall go forth into captivity.” And the prophets foretell that all the people of the earth will be gathered against Jerusalem.

When we see these things happen with such frequency, even here in our nation, we know that the time of the end is approaching even faster.

Around the world, the murder of the innocent has turned into a battle cry justifying the actions of the murderers. These are violent people with violence and hate in their hearts. They seek to see an entire people exterminated. Heaven forbid!

Those who disagree with these hate-filled mobs will be severely treated. Captivity lies in the traps of ignorance and willful disobedience to God’s word. Who will be able to stand in the gap?

The Apostle Paul writes in 2 Timothy 3:12, “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” It will be upon us. We can see it coming as the nation that prides itself on religious freedom continues to tighten the vice on Christians and Jews, and public opinion is swiftly turning against the people of God.

Paul writes in verse 14, “But continue in the things which you have learned and have been assured of…” As in Galatians 5:1, “Stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free,” and Ephesians 6:13 “put on the whole armor of God” and “having done all, to stand.” Suit up. Perilous times are ahead.

Democracy, Supreme Authority, and the One True God :: By Bill Wilson

Joe Biden’s campaign kickoff speech was designed to establish that Joe Biden is Democracy and Donald Trump is authoritarianism. A vote for Biden is a vote to save Democracy. Those who vote for Trump are anti-Democracy extremists. That’s how his speech shaped up.

A democracy is defined as a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections. The United States, however, is a Constitutional Republic where voters elect representatives to govern by rule of law. The difference is subtle but important. One is majority rule as supreme power. The other is representatives governing by rule of law.

So often, democracies turn into tyrannies. We have seen it in Iraq, Egypt, Nicaragua, Cuba, China, Russia, Gaza, Turkey, Venezuela, and so on.

>The majority is elected, then they move away from established laws into tyranny.

>Elections are held, but the electorate is only allowed to vote for candidates that represent the brand of democracy because all dissenting candidates are eliminated.

>Propaganda campaigns are conducted by the party-owned press.

>Endless investigations and trials against dissenters are guided by a weaponized “legal” system.

>People are oppressed by heavy-handed government administrators that target dissent.

>Constant rhetoric of freedom and benevolence is aimed at the population.

Biden mentioned Democracy some 30 times in his speech. He wrapped his brand of Democracy in the American flag and the values of freedom. Yet, the very things that he said he supported—the freedom to vote, to speak out, to have opportunity, to be equal—he acts against. He is using the court system to oppress the vote, government-corporate media to censor dissent, administrative law to elevate special interests above the common good, and snuffing out opportunity with his economic policies.

He said, “We’re living in an era where a determined minority is doing everything in its power to try to destroy our democracy for their own agenda. The American people know it, and they’re standing bravely in the breach.” This is true. But it is a minority of the extreme left that is destroying America. And a few of us are trying to stop it.

Biden’s brand of Democracy is built on supreme authority and lawlessness. You must comply with this tyranny or face the bullying, name-calling, agency and court harassment, and labeling that accuses you of doing exactly what they are doing.

The American Ideal has been hijacked. The government is god in the Democratic leadership’s eyes, and the party elite are this god’s vicars. As followers of Christ, we know that we are to have no other gods before God Almighty.

The Democratic Party and the administrative state mocks God with their assumption of supreme authority.

Galatians 6:7 says, “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”

Question is: how long will Americans allow themselves to be mocked by a tyrannical, immoral mob that elevates itself above the highest authority?
