When I read about WHO being given authority over the citizens of our country, I thought back to when I wrote a piece about Obama changing the rules about INTERPOL and giving them the same (even more) authority on our turf as American police officers have.

You cannot make this stuff up.

As soon as I heard the cries for the defunding of Police Departments across the nation, I knew that something very sinister was afoot.

I knew that if this was part of the plan of the Left, then they must have “Plan B” in the wings. It’s ridiculous to think that a nation can even function with absolutely no law enforcement.

Then it dawned on me – something that I remembered from 2009. Something that Obama did very quietly and discreetly. When I first told my husband what he had done, he responded by saying that it was probably not a big deal.

But I knew that it was a big deal.

Everything that man did was calculated. He didn’t do anything without a good reason; and when I say ‘good reason,’ I mean to further the agenda of the Left.

Obama’s Latest Executive Order Grants Interpol Immunity from American Laws

One of the latest stories buzzing around the blogosphere during this holiday break is one regarding President Obama’s December 17 Executive Order, “Amending Executive Order 12425.”

EO12425 was issued by then-President Ronald Reagan in 1983, which granted the international policing agency INTERPOL diplomatic status in the United States to help conduct global investigations more effectively. However, Reagan specifically made two exceptions to INTERPOL’s diplomatic immunities. The first had to do with taxation; the second required INTERPOL to operate under the oversight of U.S. law enforcement agencies, be held accountable according to U.S. laws, and produce records when demanded by courts.

Obama’s “amendment” to Reagan’s original Executive Order, however, completely undermines these exceptions and threatens to give international policing agencies immunity from U.S. laws when operating within our own borders. ThreatsWatch reports:

Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order “Amending Executive Order 12425.” It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other “International Organizations” as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.

By removing language from President Reagan’s 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates… on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.…

After initial review and discussions between the writers of this analysis, the context was spelled out plainly.

Through EO 12425, President Reagan extended to INTERPOL recognition as an “International Organization.” In short, the privileges and immunities afforded foreign diplomats were extended to INTERPOL. Two sets of important privileges and immunities were withheld: Section 2? and the remaining sections cited (all of which deal with differing taxes).

And then comes December 17, 2009, and President Obama. The exemptions in EO 12425 were removed.

Section 2c of the United States International Organizations Immunities Act is the crucial piece.

Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable. (emphasis added)

Inviolable archives means INTERPOL records are beyond U.S. citizens’ Freedom of Information Act requests and from American legal or investigative discovery (“unless such immunity be expressly waived”).

Property and assets being immune from search and confiscation means precisely that. Wherever they may be in the United States. This could conceivably include human assets – Americans arrested on our soil by INTERPOL officers.

INTERPOL officers would therefore have immunity for any lawbreaking conducted in the U.S. – a policing agency literally “above the law.” In addition, Americans arrested by INTERPOL agents in the U.S. will not be guaranteed access to documentation normally accessible during the U.S. legal process.

Andy McCarthy at National Review has some additional questions about this very questionable policy shift:

Interpol’s property and assets are no longer subject to search and confiscation, and its archives are now considered inviolable. This international police force (whose U.S. headquarters is in the Justice Department in Washington) will be unrestrained by the U.S. Constitution and American law while it operates in the United States and affects both Americans and American interests outside the United States. (emphasis added)

Interpol works closely with international tribunals (such as the International Criminal Court — which the United States has refused to join because of its sovereignty surrendering provisions, though top Obama officials want us in it). It also works closely with foreign courts and law-enforcement authorities (such as those in Europe that are investigating former Bush administration officials for purported war crimes — i.e., for actions taken in America’s defense).

Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize? (emphasis added) source

Fast forward to today. We have mobs in the streets calling for the Police Force to be defunded across our nation. We have Leftist mayors and governors agreeing with the mobs.

So, Obama made this executive order in 2009, knowing that at some point in the future, rioting, looting and violent crowds (ANTIFA and BLM) would be calling for the shutting down of police departments.

Isn’t it so convenient that Obama changed the original order about Interpol by President Reagan and lifted all restrictions from them? They could come to America and be immune from our Constitution and be given free rein over American citizens.

Brethren, I do not know for sure, but I can imagine the Leftwing bringing Interpol here to “bring order” to our streets. Boy, oh boy – the Left has never seen Police brutality until these people are given authority over our citizens! They will have no restrictions.

Scary thought, isn’t it?

And that will be just the beginning of the Communist Insurrection, which I do believe has already begun. And now it is all beginning to come into focus, isn’t it?

God is in control – always. Anything that happens is because He allowed it to happen. I pray that we will not be here much longer. Stay focused on the Lord and continue to do what we are here to do: share the Gospel with the lost.

As my children began their “falling away” from the Lord during their years in college, I saw the changes in them, and it broke my heart.

What I did not see was hatefulness towards me. That has come about within the last couple of years. I am told by them that I am Toxic and filled with hatred. You see, they want me to be part of a false version of Christianity.

I have written articles about the Social Justice (FALSE) Gospel. This satanic version of Christianity is filled with “Did God Really say…?” These people cherry-pick parts of the Word of God which support their false narrative, leaving out Scripture that would clearly show the true context of the chosen verse(s).

They also twist Scripture. Who does that? If you said “Satan,” you would be spot on. From the Garden of Eden to the wilderness where Satan tempted our Lord Jesus with a twisted version of God’s Holy Word, this has been the MO of the enemy of our souls to this very day.

We MUST understand the tactics of our enemy. We must know his ‘whispers’ when we hear them. How can we be sure?

“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5).

What does it mean to take every thought captive? (2 Corinthians 10:5)

In speaking of our spiritual warfare, Paul says that we take every thought captive and subject all thinking to Christ Jesus. Here are the apostle’s words: “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5).

The primary point in this section of 2 Corinthians is that we are in a spiritual warfare. What leads up to the statement that we take every thought captive is important. In verse 3, Paul states that though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh. That is, we do not rely on human ingenuity or manmade plans to bring the victory. The flesh is powerless against the wiles of the devil. In verse 4, Paul mentions the “strongholds” or the “fortresses” that are destroyed by God’s power. These strongholds are the philosophies, arguments, and “proud opinions” mentioned in verse 5.

Without question, there are many human thoughts that need to be taken captive. Numerous ungodly philosophies hold people in bondage, and those spiritual “fortresses” need to be demolished. The systems of thought that war against us are “arrogant obstacles” (NET), “lofty opinions” (ESV), and “sophisticated arguments and every exalted and proud thing” (AMP) that prevent people from knowing God.

In our day, these systems of human thought include the theory of evolution, secular humanism, existentialism, the cults, the occult, and false religions. How many people are held captive by the idea that they are the products of chance in a godless universe? How many spiritual prisoners labor under the requirements of Allah and await freedom in Christ? We must take captive every thought and make it obedient to Christ. “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed” (John 8:36).

False religion and secular philosophy have created thinking that has imprisoned the minds of millions. It is a true spiritual battle: “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God” (2 Corinthians 4:4). Any idea, opinion, or worldview that asserts that Christ is unnecessary is reflective of the devil’s pride. Such thoughts must be taken captive and made obedient to Christ. Those who know the truth must confront error with the weapon we’ve been given, the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:17).

Our weapons in the spiritual battle are not carnal but mighty through God. As we are transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2), we engage the battle against pretense and arrogant philosophy in the world. Trusting Christ and rightly dividing the Word of God (2 Timothy 2:15), we take every thought captive, pull down the strongholds, and, by the grace of God, set the captives free. Source

Brothers and sisters in Christ, I pray that this article has helped some of you. I know that it helped me just writing it and reading the piece from gotquestions.com and the Scriptures used by them to help us truly understand 2 Corinthians 10:5.

The hatred of blood-washed, born-again believers in Christ will only become worse as we are in the last of the last days. We will be persecuted – we are clearly seeing that. Jesus warned us that this would happen:

“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

“Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me” (John 15:18-21).

We should never stop praying for our loved ones, although we do know that some are given over by God to a reprobate mind. I don’t presume to know which of my family are beyond help, so I will keep approaching the Throne of Grace on their behalf.
