Rapture Ready receives many messages from people who think that they know the date of the rapture. Most of the messages center around the usage of numerology. All of folks who set dates have obviously been proved wrong by the passage of time.
The rapture is an event that will take place at an unknown hour. It is a waste of time for people try to figure out something that God has already proclaimed will be a surprise event. Jesus made four strikes against date setters in the 24th and 25th chapter of Matthew:
“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only” (Mat. 24:36).
“Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come” (Mat. 24:42).
“Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh” (Mat. 24:44).
“Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh” (Mat. 25:13).
