Yes. Every Christian should be a disciple of Jesus. The first disciples, who became the apostles, were commanded to make disciples of all the nations (Matthew 28.19-20). This command carries on to those whom the Apostles discipled and so forth, until the Second Advent. This means every Christian should be a disciple. We should all place the Lord God above everything else and share the gospel with the world.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” (Matthew 28.19-20).
