When I was 19 years old, two men spoke to me about Jesus Christ. I did not want to listen to them at first but I had promised them I would. So I did. They told me many things I did not want to hear. I did not believe them at first. I did have a Christian upbringing in the Catholic Church in which the seed of knowing Jesus Christ was sown. But the seed was not watered and so it did not grow.
I did not understand then who Jesus truly was. I heard that He was our Savior. That He died on a cross. But those were just words to me. The two men told me that Jesus died for all people including me so that our sins would be remembered no more. They said that we are made righteous through faith in Him who died for our sins. Jesus Christ (God who became flesh), a man without sin who gave Himself as a living sacrifice, who shed His blood so that all that call on His name and believe in their hearts will be saved. Many people say they believe, and say they are good people, and believe they are going to heaven because of their good works. But it is not by good works that we go to heaven, but by grace. And this grace is freely given to all who call on the name of Jesus, the name above all names. Someone will say, you have faith; I have deeds. Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do. You believe there is one God, good; even the demons believe that and shudder. We all screw up—me especially. But I know that Jesus will forgive me. I repent, and believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of the living God, and pray that I will not do it again.
You are now living in a time when the world is perplexed about what is going on and what is going to happen next. As all of you have seen and heard, things just seem to be getting worse and worst. You have seen the weather getting worse; people not caring; fathers abusing their wives and children; mothers killing their children. People now use language that is foul, language that should not be used in front of their mothers, but that parents now use in the presence of their children. Many have said they are Christians. Now you know who are Christians and who are not. Those left behind are not. I would counsel those who have been left behind to dwell on God’s word.
God said: “the days are coming when I will bring my people Israel out of the lands of the north from around the world and restore them back to the land I gave their forefathers to possess” (Jeremiah 16:14-15). And that the generation that sees this will not perish before Jesus returns. A generation is a life span of 70 or 80 years (Psalm 90:10). On May 14, 1948, Israel became a nation. God said, “that generation would grow in knowledge” (Daniel 12:4). And it has. He also said: “there will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God” (2 Timothy 3:1-5).
There will be a seven-year peace treaty that will be signed between Israel and the Arab nations (Daniel 9:27). This treaty will be signed after all those that believe in God’s son Jesus Christ (those that truly believe in their hearts, and are doers of his word) are taken to heaven (Thessalonians 4:17). God says: “the righteous perish, and no one ponders it in his heart; devout people are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil” (Isaiah 57:1). This is what had just happened—the rapture of the church. I tried to talk to you about this, but you did not want to listen. Some of you had called me and others like me “Jesus freaks,” “obsessed,” and “nuts.” That’s okay. I did the same to many Christians before I found the truth, that Jesus is real and can save people from their sins. You can still be saved and join me here in heaven. Just confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved.
In the twinkling of an eye (1 Corinthians 15:52), Patty and I and millions of others were taken, but we will return with Jesus after the seven years are finished. Woe to those who are left behind for these times will be terrible. You are now entering the tribulation period. You have a one in four chance of making it to the end, when Jesus will return and set up His kingdom here on earth.
The United States is not mentioned in Bible prophecy. I believe it will be partly destroyed by terrorists. And because of that, it will be trying to get its feet back on the ground, and it will follow what the world tells it to. During this time a security system will be set up, and require all people to receive a chip or mark in their right hand or head for identification. Anyone who does not receive this mark will not be able to buy or sell anything.
Revelation 13:16-18 says that you will be arrested and most likely be put to death if you do not take the mark. Who then would take the mark? All will take the mark, except those who have found the truth: That Jesus Christ is Lord and King. They will know that any person that receives this mark shall NEVER enter the kingdom of God; hence they will give up their lives so that they may live with Jesus Christ for all eternity.
I know you are all very good people. Your accomplishments are great in men’s eyes. You have all done very well. But God requires faith in his only son Jesus Christ, and to be doers of His word. How then can you be doers of His word? You have to read His word. If you do not read His word, you cannot do the work He has given you. Faith without works is dead.
Your works are earthly works (i.e. being a nurse, salesman, banker, and business owner). Being good at this kind of work is beneficial to feed the physical body and to keep it alive and well. But if you do not feed your spiritual body, it will die. We feed the spirit by reading God’s word and believing in what He says. We do not pray to angels, saints, Mary or anyone else. Jesus is the only intercessor. God says to pray to Him and to Him only. (Remember that Jesus is God, the Holy Spirit is God, and the Father is God.) We pray to God only and read His word daily so that the seeds that were sown in us may grow. You say, “I can’t read the Bible,” “I don’t understand it”, or “I don’t have time.” If you pray before you read the Bible, the Holy Spirit will explain it to you (John 14:26). Do not expect to understand all that you read. It takes time. Like a baby who will one day be an adult, it takes time. Accepting Jesus in your hearts and repenting of your sins, believing that God sent Himself, in mortal flesh to die for your sins, this is what makes us righteous before God. We have Jesus that saves us; that is why He came.
So many people do not realize how easy it is for their name to be written in the book of life. Here is a little story. A man was trying to explain salvation to his carpenter friend who had just finished making a beautiful cabinet. But his friend just didn’t understand. He picked up a carpenter’s plane and started to plane the just-finished cabinet. His carpenter friend screamed at him, “don’t touch it. You’ll ruin it, it’s finished.” “That’s what I have been trying to tell you,” the man said, “It was finished on the cross when Jesus died for your sins. You can’t add to it or take away from it.”
Again, I beg you, do not take the mark of the beast. He will force everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or forehead. No one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is a man’s number. His number is 666 (Revelation 13:16-18).
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.
Please read: 2 Corinthians 5:17-21; Romans 10:9-15; John 3:16018; John 14:6.
I love you all. Please ask Jesus into your hearts, and be “baptized in the Holy Spirit.” If you do this, you will go to heaven. And what joy you will have!
Love, Jack
